Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and EZPZ Labs for RepIQ, TeamIQ and AgencyIQ and the website at app.ezpzlabs.net (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company or team, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. What the Service is
The Service is a sales tracking and training platform. RepIQ, TeamIQ and AgencyIQ give closers, setters, managers and agencies a place to track offers, bookings, shows, closes, cash, payment plans and commissions (the Pipeline board) and to practice with drills, objection training and AI role-play (the Academy board). Each team works in its own workspace.
Some features are marked "coming soon" on our site, including the Fathom and Google Calendar connections. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
2. Beta
The Service is in beta and is free to use during the beta. Beta means it may have bugs, change without notice, be unavailable at times, or lose data. We do not promise any level of uptime. Keep your own backup of anything important; the products have Export and Import buttons for that.
We may start charging for the Service later. If we do, we will tell you before any charge applies, and you will not be charged unless you agree to a plan.
3. Accounts, invitations and roles
Sign-up is by invitation or approval. You must be at least 18 years old. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Accounts belong to teams. A team has roles: Owner, Admin (agency), Manager, Rep and Setter. The Owner of a team, and anyone they make an Admin or Manager, can invite and remove people, change roles, and see the team's workspace content. If you join someone else's team, that team's Owner decides who has access, and they can see what you put in the team's workspace. A team Owner is responsible for the people they invite and for how those people use the Service.
You may sign in with email and a password, a one-time email link, or Google. Do not share your account with others. Each person needs their own.
4. Your content
Your content is what you and your team enter or upload: offers, bookings, call notes and reviews, prospect and customer details, payment plan and commission records, training answers, uploaded files, and anything you send to the AI features. You keep ownership of your content.
You give EZPZ Labs permission to host, store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run and secure the Service for you and your team, including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. This permission lasts as long as your content is in the Service and ends when it is deleted, apart from the backup copies described in the Privacy Policy.
You promise you have the right to put your content into the Service. If you enter information about other people, such as prospects or customers, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to do so and for following the laws and rules that apply to your sales activity, including call recording, consent, marketing, telemarketing and data protection laws.
Do not enter payment card numbers, bank account numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, API keys of other services (apart from the Fathom key field provided for that purpose) or health information. The Service tracks payment plans as records for your own bookkeeping. It does not take or process payments.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the Service to harass, deceive, defraud or make false or misleading claims to anyone;
- enter content you have no right to use, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- try to get into another team’s workspace or data, bypass the limits, roles or sandbox that separate teams, or probe or test the Service’s security without our written permission;
- send automated or excessive requests, or do anything that could overload or damage the Service;
- copy, scrape, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the Service, the training material in it, or the AI features, except as the law allows;
- use the AI features to generate content that breaks Anthropic’s Usage Policy, or to build a competing AI model or service;
- let anyone use your account, or use the Service for a team you are not authorized to act for.
We may rate-limit, suspend or remove access, or remove content, if we think these rules are being broken or the Service or other users are at risk.
6. AI features
The Service uses AI to grade drill answers, play a prospect in role-play, review calls, answer questions in the AI chat, and similar tasks. When you use these features, the text involved is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to produce a response.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and grades and feedback are only a guide. You are responsible for checking AI output before you rely on it, and you should not use it as the only basis for any decision. Do not treat AI output as legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.
We log AI usage (the kind of request, the model tier, token counts and an estimated cost) for each team. A team Owner can turn AI off for the team or set a monthly spending cap, and when a cap is reached the AI features stop working until the next month. Some AI features may be limited by role.
7. Training material and results
The Academy contains sales training material, including drills, objection training, scripts and example scenarios. Role-play prospects, sample offers, sample numbers and example scripts are invented for practice and are not real people, offers or results. Check the real terms of any real offer before you describe it to a prospect.
The training is educational. We do not promise that using the Service will increase your sales, income or commissions, and nothing in the Service is a guarantee or a promise of any result. Your results depend on your own work, market and offer.
The numbers, targets and benchmarks the products show (for example a suggested close rate or show rate) are suggestions, not forecasts. Commission and cash figures are calculated from what you enter. The Service is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax, legal or payroll software, and it may contain errors. Check important figures against your own records and your contracts.
8. Third-party services
The Service works with other companies' services, including Google (for sign-in and, if you connect it, Calendar), Fathom (if you connect it), and Anthropic (for AI). Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms and privacy policies. If you connect your Fathom or Google account, you confirm you are allowed to, and that you have the right to share the call and calendar data that comes from it with the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Our property and your feedback
EZPZ Labs owns the Service, including its software, design, logos and the training material and other content we provide. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business during the term of these terms. They do not transfer any ownership to you.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your account or delete your data, email admin@ezpzlabs.net. We may suspend or end your access, or the Service, at any time, including if you break these terms or if we stop offering the beta. If we end a team's access without cause, we will try to give notice and a chance to export first.
Before your access ends, export what you want to keep. After it ends, we will delete or anonymize your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, EZPZ Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that data will never be lost.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, EZPZ Labs and the people who work for it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, lost commissions, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Service, even if we were told it could happen.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not be more than the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US $100. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
13. Your responsibility
You will cover the losses, costs and legal fees that EZPZ Labs suffers from a claim by a third party that arises from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your breach of the law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and EZPZ Labs agree to bring any dispute in the state or federal courts located in that place, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. We encourage you to contact us first at admin@ezpzlabs.net so we can try to resolve it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and EZPZ Labs about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
